INTERBUS agreement: international occasional carriage of passengers by coach and bus

PURPOSE : to conclude the Interbus Agreement between the Community and third countries. COMMUNITY MEASURE : Council Decision 917/2002/EC on the conclusion of the Interbus Agreement on the international occasional carriage of passengers by coach and bus. CONTENT : The conclusion of the Interbus Agreement is approved on behalf of the Community. The Commission, assisted by representatives of the members of the Council, will represent the Community in the Joint Committee set up by the Agreement. The position to be taken by the Community within the Committee will be adopted by the Council acting by qualified majority on a proposal from the Commission. The Council will act by simple majority when the decision that the Committee proposes to take relates to its Rules of Procedure.
