EC/Sao Tomé and Principe fisheries agreement: protocol for the period from 1st June 2002 to 31 May 2005

COMMUNITY MEASURE : Council Decision 2002/1007/EC on the conclusion of the Agreement in the form of an Exchange of Letters concerning the provisional application of the Protocol setting out, for the period from 1 June 2002 to 31 May 2005, the fishing opportunities and the financial contribution provided for by the Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Government of the Democratic Republic of Sao Tomé and Príncipe on fishing off the coast of Sao Tomé and Príncipe. CONTENT : this Decision aims to provisionally apply the Protocol setting out, between 1 June 2002 and 31 May 2005. Please refer to the contents of the protocol outlined in the summary dated 9 December 2002. To this end, the two parties initialled an Agreement in the form of an Exchange of Letters providing for the provisional application of the initialled Protocol from 1 June 2002.�
