Animal feed sector: rules for calculating fees

OBJECTIVE: to set the level of fees to be charged for approving additives and registering establishments in the field of animal feedingstuffs. SUBSTANCE: with a view to simplification, the Commission proposes amending Directives 70/524/EEC and 95/69/EC in such a way that the Council can confine itself simply to drawing up the rules for calculating the fees without setting the amounts. �
