Animal nutrition: undesirable substances and products. Codification

This amended proposal aims to take account of the legislative amendments since presentation of the initial proposal for codification of Directive 74/63/EEC on undesirable substances and products in animal nutrition and of the outcome of work in the Council on this proposal. This is a consolidated version of the initial text also incorporating amendments purely of form or wording by the Consultative Working Party of Legal Services set up under the Interinstitutional Agreement of 20 December 1994 on an accelerated working method for official consolidation of legislative texts. �
