Sugar: common organisation of the market COM (regul. 1785/81/EEC). Codified version

PURPOSE: official codification of regulation 1785/81/CEE on the common organization of the markets in the sugar sector. CONTENT: with a view to simplifying and clarifying Community law, this proposal proposes the codification of regulation 1785/81/CEE, which has been amended several times since its adoption. The new regulation will supersede the various regulations incorporated in it. Their content is fully preserved and they are brought together with only such formal amendments as are required by the codification exercise itself.�
