European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training: appointment of staff (amend. Regul. 337/75/EEC)

OBJECTIVE: to lay down rules on the aspects of the Commission proposal concerning staff in the European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training. COMMUNITY MEASURE: Regulation (EC) No 95/251 amending Regulation (EEC) No 75/337. SUBSTANCE: The staff at the Centre were subject to the regulations and rules applicable to the officials and other servants of the European Communities. The Centre would exercise, in respect of its staff, the powers developed to the appointing authority. The Centre's management board would, in agreement with the Commission, adopt the appropriate implementing rules. �
