1994/0259(CNS)
The Council adopted Regulation (EC) No 626/95 introducing special measures applicable to the recruitment of officials of the European Communities as a result of the accession of Austria, Finland and Sweden. These measures cover temporary derogations to the provisions of the Staff Regulations of Officials of the European Communities. Vacant posts are to be adequately advertised both inside and outside the Community institutions. Appointments to grades A3, A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, LA3, LA4, LA 5, LA6, LA7, LA8, B1, B2, B3, B4, B5 and C1, C2 to C5 and D1 to D4 shall be made after a competition based on qualification and/or tests organized in accordance with Annex III to the Staff Regulations.
