Convention on the future of the European Convention: financing, extension Interinstitutional Agreement of 28/02/2002

PURPOSE : to conclude an Interinstitutional Agreement extending the Interinstitutional Agreement on the financing of the Convention on the future of the European Union. COMMUNITY MEASURE : Interinstitutional Agreement extending the Interinstitutional Agreement on the financing of the Convention on the future of the European Union. CONTENT : this Agreement is to be extended until the end of the Convention's proceedings or until the end of the 2003 budgetary year at the latest. The contribution of the European Parliament, the Council and the Commission to the financing of the Convention is thus fixed for that period: - European Parliament: p.m. - Council: EUR 200 000, - Commission: EUR 750000. ENTRY INTO FORCE : This Agreement shall enter into force on 1 January 2003.�
