Agricultural holdings: network of accountancy data on the incomes and business operation (amend. regul. 79/65/EEC)

- OBJECTIVE: the new regulation seeks both to remedy certain discrepancies in the basic regulation, as already amended on several occasions, and to take account of the recent enlargement of the European Union. - SUBSTANCE: Council Regulation 2801/95/EC amends article 4 of Council Regulation 79/65/EEC establishing a network for financial information on the revenue and economic situation of farming businesses in the European Community, and supplements the annex by introducing geographical divisions for the three new Member States (Austria, Sweden and Finland). The amended article relates to the size of the sample for certain Member States. - ENTRY INTO FORCE: 13/12/1995. �
