Transport of dangerous goods by road: type-approval of motor vehicles and trailers (amend. Directive 70/156/EEC)

Adopting the report by Mr Fernand le Rachinel (NI, F), Parliament approves the proposal which aims to amend Directive 70/156/EEC to establish a European type approval system for vehicles used for the transport of dangerous goods. Parliament calls for the Member States to comply with the directive within 12 months of its publication. �
