Transport of goods by inland waterway: freedom to provide services

The report by Mr Fernand LE RACHINEL (NI/F) adopted by Parliament approved the common position adopted by the Council with a view to adopting a regulation on common rules applicable to the transport of goods or passengers by inland waterway between Member States with a view to establishing freedom to provide such transport services. �
