Trans-European energy networks, guidelines: list of projects of common interest

OBJECTIVE: to update the indicative list of projects of common interest in the energy sector having regard to the process of enlargement and, more generally, the strengthening of energy links with third countries. COMMUNITY MEASURE: European Parliament and Council Decision 1047/97/EC amending Decision 1254/96/EC. SUBSTANCE: the decision adds a series of projects to the indicative list of projects of common interest annexed to Decision 1254/96/EC laying down a series of guidelines for trans-European energy networks.
