Agenda 2000: financing of the common agricutural policy

In the light of the agreement reached at the Berlin summit in March and under consultation procedure, the European Parliament adopted the second report by Jan Mulder (ELDR,NL), which approves the Commission proposal for a Council regulation on the financing of the common agricultural policy, subject to the amendments adopted by Parliament on 28/01/99.�
