Improvement of the processing and marketing conditions for agricultural products (consolidation of Objective 5A)

OBJECTIVE: consolidation of Objective 5a of the Structural Funds on the adjustment of agricultural structures in the Community. COMMUNITY MEASURE: Council Regulation (EC) No 951/97 on improving the processing and marketing conditions for agricultural products. SUBSTANCE: the Regulation comprises a reworking of the regulations currently in force (Regulation 866/90/EEC) on improving the processing and marketing conditions for agricultural products.
