EC/San Marino agreement: customs union and cooperation agreement following the 1995 enlargement

In adopting the report by Mr Karl HABSBURG-LOTHRINGEN (PPE, A), the European Parliament gave its assent to the conclusion of the agreement on customs union and cooperation between the European Economic Community and the Republic of San Marino consequent upon the accession of Austria, Finland and Sweden to the European Union.�
