Request for the waiver of Mr Sichrovsky's immunity

By adopting the report by Mr François ZIMERAY (PES, F), the European Parliament decided not to waive the parliamentary immunity of Mr Peter Sichrovsky (NI, A). The Parliament had received a request for waiver of the immunity of Mr Peter Sichrovsky, forwarded by Mr Weis, Judge at the Vienna Criminal Court, on 12 September 2000.�
