Request for the waiver of Mr Voggenhuber's immunity

By adopting the report by Mr François ZIMERAY (PES, F), the European Parliament decided not to waive the parliamentary immunity of Mr Johannes VOGGENHUBER (Greens/ALE, A). The Parliament had received a request for waiver of the immunity of Mr Johannes VOGGENHUBER, forwarded by Mr Weis, Judge at the Vienna Criminal Court, on 12 September 2000.�
