Request for the waiver of Mrs Jeggle's immunity

By adopting the report by Mr Neil MacCORMICK (Greens/ALE, UK), the European Parliament decided to waive the parliamentary immunity of Mrs Elisabeth JEGGLE (EPP/ED, D). The Parliament had received a request from Münsingen District Court for waiver of the immunity of Mrs JEGGLE, forwarded by the German Federal Ministry of Justice on 12 January 2001.�
