Europol: Staff regulations, Director and Deputy Directors. Initiative Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg

The European Parliament adopted a resolution drafted by Gerard M. J. DEPREZ (EPP-ED, B) and rejected the initiative of Belgium, Holland and Luxembourg. (Please refer to the document dated 08/10/02.) The Commission and/or the Presidency were asked to submit a fresh initiative which is in keeping with the enacting terms proposed by the recommendation to the Council adopted by Parliament on 30 May 2002 on the automatic incorporation into the EU's institutional system.�
