PURPOSE: codification of Regulation 1785/81/EEC concerning the common organisation of sugar market. COMMUNITY MEASURE: Council Regulation 2038/1999/EC concerning the common organisation of the sugar market. CONTENT: With the purposes of the clarification and the transparency of Community law, this Regulation seeks to codify Regulation 1785/81/EEC, which has been amended on a number of occasions since its adoption. The new Regulation therefore replaces the various Regulations that have been codified. ENTRY INTO FORCE: 25/09/1999.�
