Convention on Fishing and Conservation of the Living Resources in the Baltic Sea and Belts: withdrawal by the European Community from the Gdansk Convention

PURPOSE : to withdraw the European Community from the Convention on Fishing and Conservation of the Living Resources in the Baltic Sea and the Belts (The Gdansk Convention).
LEGISLATIVE ACT : Council Decision 2004/0890/EC on the withdrawal by the European Community from the Convention on Fishing and Conservation of the Living Resources in the Baltic Sea and Belts.
CONTENT : with this Decision, the European Community shall withdraw from the Convention on Fishing and Conservation of the Living Resources in the Baltic Sea and the Belts.
