EC/Mexico Economic Partnership, Political Coordination and Cooperation Agreement: Protocol following the 2004 enlargement

PURPOSE: the taking into account of the accession of 10 new Member States to EU membership in relation to the Additional Protocol to the Economic Partnership, Political Coordination and Cooperation Agreement between the EC and Mexico .

LEGISLATIVE ACT: Council Decision 2005/202/EC.

CONTENT: This Council Decision relates to the approval of the conclusion of an Additional  Protocol to the Economic Partnership, Political Coordination and Cooperation Agreement between the EC, of the one part, and Mexico, on the other, to take account of the accession of the Czech Republic, the Republic of Estonia, the Republic of Cyprus, the Republic of Latvia, the Republic of Lithuania, the Republic of Hungary, the Republic of Malta, the Republic of Poland, the Republic of Slovenia, and the Slovak Republic to the European Union.
