Amending budget 2/2006: budgeting the surplus from the implementation of the budget year 2005

On 21 April 2006, the Council established Draft Amending Budget No 2 for the financial year 2006 as submitted by the Commission in its Preliminary Draft Amending budget No. 2 (please refer to the summary dated 12/04/2006) and set out in the technical annex to this explanatory memorandum (see Council document 8513/2006 ADD 1).
