Environment: access to information and justice, public participation, amendment to the conclusion of the Arhus Convention

 The committee adopted the report by Eija-Riitta KORHOLA (EPP-ED, FI) approving - under the consultation procedure - the proposed Council decision on the conclusion, on behalf of the EC, of an amendment to the Convention on access to information, public participation in decision-making and access to justice in environmental matters.
