PURPOSE: codification of Council Decision 91/115/EEC establishing a Committee on monetary, financial and balance of payments statistics.
LEGISLATIVE ACT: Council Decision 2006/856/EC establishing a Committee on monetary, financial and balance of payments statistics (codified version).
CONTENT: the aim of this Decision is to codify Council Decision 91/115/EEC of 25 February 1991, establishing a Committee on monetary, financial and balance of payments statistics. The new Decision supersedes the various acts incorporated in it; it fully preserves the content of the acts being codified and hence does no more than bring them together with only such formal amendments as are required by the codification exercise itself.
