Court of Auditors: appointment of the Romanian member

PURPOSE: to appoint Romanian and Bulgarian members of the Court of Auditors.

PROPOSED ACT: Council Decision 2007/2/EC, Euratom appointing members of the Court of Auditors.

CONTENT: the Council appoints two new members of the Court of Auditors for a period of six years from 1 January 2007.

- Ms Nadezhda SANDOLOVA (Bulgarian member)

- Mr Ovidiu ISPIR (Romanian member).
